Having resided in Del Norte County for 50 years my knowledge of the area and its people is very extensive. My real estate career began over 16 years ago. I am not only a Real Estate Agent, but a First Home Buyer Educator as well. I taught the First Home Buyers class for 6 years.

Patty Adams has recently joined the team at Finigan Real Estate as a regional realtor with a strong background in both listing of properties as well as assisting buyers find their forever homes. Patty was born and raised in Del Norte County, upon completing high school at Del Norte High she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from CSU, Chico in 1989. After graduating she moved to the Sacramento area then later relocating to the Bay Area where she worked in corporate sales positions for Fortune 500 companies. While always having a strong interest in the real estate industry and investments, it wasnt until Patty returned home to Del Norte County in 2016 to become a realtor. In her first full year in real estate sales, she earned the accolade Rookie of the Year an accomplishment voted on by her peers in the local market. A native of Crescent City, California, Candace Forsht is an expert when it comes to information about the North Coast.

After completing college, Candace returned to Crescent City where she began working in real estate. Her entry into this career began as an escrow assistant with Crescent Land Title, and it was there she learned vital information about how the escrow process affects real estate transactions. Candace was raised in a family of loggers who transitioned into real estate when the logging industry began to suffer. She became a realtor which has allowed her to introduce people to the history and landscape of the most beautiful area in the world. Her lifelong interest in real estate, combined with her love of Del Norte County, makes her an asset to those buying or selling property.

Candace has one goal as an agent: to continue to educate herself on the changes in the real estate market in order to confidently assist buyers and sellers. As a Realtor and a licensed general contractor, Chris Mastaloudis knows what it takes to build, purchase or sell real estate in our area. Chris grew up working in a family business that built custom homes and developed properties throughout Del Norte County. He studied engineering at Humboldt State University and earned a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with an emphasis on building energy design and project management. My name is Jennifer Finigan and I am a third generation Del Norte County resident. I graduated from Del Norte High School and attended College of the Redwoods

Before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I was fortunate to grow up in a time when the fishing and logging industries were booming. I will never forget the family outings to watch my Grandfather's boat pull in and out of the harbor, and the excitement of watching them unload. Much to my Grandmother's dismay, crab races on her kitchen floor were a favorite of all the grandchildren. My paternal Grandfather owned a fleet of logging trucks and I loved going to Simpson's mill to see them all lined up or preparing preparing to haul. I have so many fond memories of growing up here and believe there truly is "no place like home".

Much has changed in our area, but a strong sense of community and family values remain constant. People want to raise their families and establish or strengthen roots here in Del Norte County. The decision to purchase or sell a home brings with it feelings of excitement, fear and questions that require a person with an extensive knowledge of the area and real estate market to assist you.
