                                                                                                               Patty Adams has recently joined the team at Finigan Real Estate as a regional realtor with a       strong background in both listing of properties as well as assisting buyers find their forever homes.  Patty was born and raised in Del Norte County, upon completing high school at Del Norte High she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from CSU, Chico in 1989.  After graduating she moved to the Sacramento area then later relocating to the Bay Area where she worked in corporate sales positions for Fortune 500 companies. While always having a strong interest in the real estate industry and investments, it wasn’t until Patty returned home to Del Norte County in 2016 to become a realtor.  In her first full year in real estate sales, she earned the accolade “Rookie of the Year” an accomplishment voted on by her peers in the local market. Patty is delighted to work with David Finigan and his team of professionals to continue her career in real estate sales.
